Rules:

Discord:

1. All participants must join the official Hearts are Blazing Discord Server: Link to Hearts are Blazing.
2. All participants Nicknames on Hearts are Blazing must match the name they used to Sign-Up for the event.
3. All participants must give themselves the relevant roles using the servers #role-selection channel. Namely, the Game Specific Role for the title they are entering as well as the GBVS // Events Role.
4. All tournament-related announcements will be made in the #tournament-discussion channel of the Granblue Fantasy Versus section.

This event has restricted entry. Before signing up, please make sure you have:

• No more than 1000 wins in either ranked, lobby or room matches.

These rules are in place to ensure that the Tournament Administrators can run the tournament smoothly and stay in contact with the attendees. Failure to follow these rules may result in Disqualification.

Attendance:

1. All participants are required to have a Stable & Wired Connection to Central Europe. Any players found to be in breach of this may be subject to a Connection Test, Bye-Round or Disqualification.
2. In the event of a Disconnect, Tournament administrators should be contacted Immediately and the participant who Disconnected suffers a Match Loss from their set.
3. Check-Ins start an hour before the event begins with no grace period. Participants should use this time to prepare for their matches. Failure to Check-In will result in a Disqualification.
4. Participants have 10 Minutes to be present for their matches. If a Tournament Administrator cannot contact you during this time and you have failed to notify them of any delays you may suffer a Bye-Round.
5. Once a match starts participants have 15 Minutes to complete their matches. Participants who fail to report the results of their matches or to inform Tournament Administrators of any delays may suffer a Bye-Round.
6. If the event is to be Streamed participants may be required to play their matches in a Streamed Lobby. Details will be provided in the Hearts are Blazing Official Discord after the Check-In Period has ended. This event is streamed on CakekatteKoi's Twitch channel.
7. Players caught smurfing (entering under another name to bypass restrictions) will be banned not only from the event, but from every other event hosted by CakekatteKoi.

Match Rules:

1. Ebon Dance runs a different format each week - please make sure you know what format is being run from the tournament title..
2. All matches are ran with the Default Tournament Rule Set. The stage must be set to Colosseum, Albion.
3. All matches are Best-of-Three Sets. If the tournament is a Double Elimination Bracket, the Losers, Winners and Grand Finals will run Best-of-Five Sets. If the tournament is an exhibition, the sets will be all FT5.
4. Character Switches are Restricted. You may only switch characters after Losing a Match in a set.

Match Reporting:

1. Participants are required to Self-Report the results of their matches. This can be done on Challonge.
2. In the case of a Dispute, evidence must be provided by BOTH participants within 5 Minutes of the report. Failure to do so will result in a Bye-Round.
3. Anyone found to be Falsifying Match Reports or Evidence Intentionally will be penalized and dealt with on a Case-By-Case basis.

Possibly the most important rule of all:
Don't be a prick.
