Can only switch characters after losing a game

All players must have a stable connection to the UK/Western Europe

Players have 10 minutes to report to their matches. Failure to do so will result in an automatic loss.

Report any issues to an admin.

If your game is to be streamed, you will be notified in the discord server. The lobby code for streamed games will also be placed in the server.

Report your scores into challonge directly. If you can't for whatever reason leave your score in #score-submission and ping me (@TitanicWomble) so I can enter it manually.

Check-ins close at 7pm BST on the day with the bracket starting at 7:30pm to allow time to sort out the stream.

Connection Tests and Regional Restrictions

Contact an admin if you are having connection issues.

If a player falls outside of Mainland Europe and isn't from one of the softbanned regions, they are dq'd from the tournament

Next, if a player is not using ethernet, they lose the connection test and forfeit the game.

Then, if a player is playing from one of the softbanned regions, they lose the connection test and forfeit the game.

Then, You will be asked to provide an internet speed test, and then to play a round with the admin, giving them enough time to test input delay and stutter. DO NOT IMMEDIATELY TRY TO KILL THE ADMIN

If a winner cannot be concluded, the set is up to the discretion of the players.

If a clear culprit is found, that player will lose the game.

Here is the list of regions legal for play:

Western Europe, Southern Europe, Central Europe, Scandinavia, The Balkans (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro, Albania, Macedonia, Greece, Bulgaria and Romania), and the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania, and Estonia)

Some regions are also softbanned. You may enter from these areas, but be warned that if connection issues are found and your opponent is playing from a legal region and isn't on wifi, you will automatically lose any connection test

These regions are:

Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt, Israel, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Turkey, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, and Russia (west of the Ural Mountains)
